Return policy
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and sent back in original packaging with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent the wrong or faulty item. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail 24, depending on your choice at checkout. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once shipped, Royal Mail 48 usually takes 2 business days and Royal Mail 24 usually arrives next day, though delays beyond our control may occur. Tracking (where available) will be shared once your order is dispatched.
Manufacturing
Our products are designed and printed in by hand in our studio. We source our t-shirts from a sole vendor ensuring comfort and fit whilst providing the highest print quality.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 7–14 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Exchanges may be offered if stock is available.
