Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your order, but here’s the deal:
Eligibility
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Custom, made-to-order, or limited drop items may not be eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
Costs
- Return shipping is your responsibility (unless we messed up your order or sent a faulty item).
- Use a tracked service — if it gets lost on the way back, that’s on you.
Process
- Email us at [your returns email] with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us in secure packaging.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll confirm if it qualifies.
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).
- Exchanges are possible if stock is available.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel before dispatch, email us ASAP. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll refund you in full. If it’s already out the door, you’ll need to follow the returns process.
Faulty / Wrong Items
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll sort a replacement or refund, including return postage.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the above conditions.
Nocturnal Notion is about limited runs and unique drops — so think before you buy
