Shipping Policy

We ship with Royal Mail 48 and Royal Mail 24. You choose your service at checkout.

• Processing time: Please allow up to 5 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays) for us to pack and ship your order.
• Delivery estimates (after dispatch):
  • Royal Mail 48 → usually 2 business days
  • Royal Mail 24 → usually next day
    (These are estimates only — once Royal Mail has your parcel, delivery times are out of our control.)

Tracking: If tracking is included with your service, we’ll send it once your order ships.
Delays: Strikes, bad weather, and other disruptions can cause delays. If your order hasn’t arrived after a reasonable time, contact us and we’ll help track it down.
Lost / Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email us with photos. If your order goes missing, we’ll work with Royal Mail to investigate — we may replace or refund at our discretion.
